2. ST RUMONS SOCIAL CLUB
A thriving community hub in the centre of Redruth and operating on an ‘open to all’ basis where both members and non-members are welcome over the festival period. All events at St Rumons are free of charge
3. REDRUTH ALBANY
RFC
Centrally located with a wooden dance floor and home to our dance workshops on Saturday 28th October
4. Redruth school
Home to our evening ceilidhs and Thursday night concert, Redruth School has a large capacity hall with loads of space for dancing. Also the location of our shinty demonstrations over the weekend.
There will be a fully stocked bar and food available, with all proceeds going to support the festival.
5. market hall
This iconic Redruth building will host our free mini cider festival as part of the events on the 28th of October.
6. st andrew’s church
This beautiful 19th century parish church will be hosting The Prophecy of Merlin concert with Mike O’Connor OBE and Barbara Griggs.
7. fore street
Redruth’s pedestrianised high street makes it readymade for street performances, along with historic locations such as the Market Hall and St Rumons Gardens tucked away down winding opes (alleys) where you can enjoy rolling entertainment all day.
With a number of cafes to choose from on the high street, you can watch performers through the window with a cup of coffee, or just enjoy the atmosphere as you pass by.
8. kresen kernow
Cornwall’s amazing archive centre will host our Cornish Music Symposium, in 2023 focusing on the Cornish diaspora.

Already home to Kresen Kernow, Cornwall’s state-of-the-art new archive centre, Krowji, Cornwall’s largest creative hub, and friends such as Kowsva and Golden Tree Productions, it makes a natural choice for us to plant our roots, to grow and to thrive.
